I had a great time in this hotel! The location is perfect, in a nice area that's not too crowded. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool that my kids loved, and the spacious lobby with many artworks display. Additionally, the room was really comfy with a comfortable bed and a bonus of having a bathup. Parking was always available and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Couldn’t fault anything, everything was perfect!

It was definitely 5 stars for us. Easy walk to Xiang Yuen, where you can have lunch. The airport was 6 miles away.

We enjoyed the friendly staff who were always eager to help and the traditional Indonesian food that was served. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby cafes and attractions.
The hotel could use some improvements. The fitness center had a bad smell and poor equipment, and the bathrooms were outdated. Additionally, the air conditioning was not cool enough, and the management seemed more concerned with saving costs than guest comfort.

Great breakfast selection and comfortable beds. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the artwork throughout the hotel was an enjoyable bonus.
The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired, with stained towels and dirty chairs. The Wi-Fi was also spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected and plan our daily activities.

The spacious lobby of this hotel is adorned with beautiful artworks, including impressive paintings and statues. The rooms are comfortable and elegantly furnished, with an exclusive bathup adding to the luxurious ambiance. The rates are affordable, providing excellent value for money.
The hotel pool is not large enough for proper swimming and lacks adequate sun protection. Additionally, the restaurant menu is somewhat limited, and it would be preferable to have double espresso available without extra charge.
